Fashioned with a large 9” trailing-point blade of CPM-MagnaCut steel with SelectEdge® tech, the Fishcrafter excels at filleting medium to large fish where that extra length makes for a smooth, clean cut. Featuring a long, straight edge for stability in the cut and upswept tip for aiding in deboning, the 9” Fishcrafter™ with its durable Santoprene® handle has a finger guard with jimping to prevent slipping during push-cuts
